Fountain pens

One of the most frequent question I get about my drawings are of what type of pens I use, the answer is I use a selection of self design fountain pens. According to what mood I'm in at the moment, this is some of the pens I've used this week. The Baraccuda The Tipi The DC 10 Late imperial pomp See if you can guess what pen i Used for this drawing.. To be perfect frank these designs are not as far fetched as you might think, fountain pen designers are pretty freaky.

    Oh, Mattias, you are breaking my heart with your beautiful pens. They are all a collector's dream, and to use them must be wondrous.

    The Late Imperial Pomp with an extra-fine point would be my choice, though too expensive for me.

    Fantastic! My father is a semi-retired pen designer. I should show these to him. The colors are killer. My favorite is the Barracuda. You drew the Cricket Droids with that one, didn't you? I knew it.

    The DC10 pen reminds me of the real Montblanc pen made for the launch of the Airbus 380.

    Alas, there were only 380 of them made, so I'll probably never see one in the flesh.
