Bleak house

Finally finished with the largest piece to date, I'll stick to smaller formats for a while I guess. Have nice weekends everybody, and perhaps our friends Coca and Coco might make a comeback next week.

Wow. This is so imaginative! I loved following your sketches on your blog, but it's always great to see your illustrations too. It was very engaging following your process. Great work, and have a happy weekend. I look forward to what you post next!

Very nice, I like the limited color, which is always something I enjoy in your color pieces. My favorite part of this one is either the flying elephants or the white brontosaurus thing coming in frame from the left.

this is my favorite thing i've seen from you mattias. the flying elephants are great- but the polka-dot cow? that's the best.

This is so beautiful! The buildings, the stylization, the color, your technique... and of course your imagination! Brilliant.

This is my favourite piece of yours! It's wonderful!!
The limited colour choice really helps to unify the whole composition and I love all the great mini vignettes.
I could spend hours looking at this! BRAVO!!!!!!

Great piece again.

I was wandering... what are the illustrations used for. Is it a childeren's book you're working on?
